I absolutely recommend her from the bottom of my heart.Many medications and antidepressants, and also other therapies like arterial surgery, muscle surgery, occipital nerve stimulation, have been prepared to get rid of this mysterious headache but it usually comes with its own side effects. Maria taught me more during that ONE phonecall than years of help from psycologists and therapy has done. Like absolute magic that I would never have imagined possible. Research shows that yoga and mindfulness can be very helpful tools for us to better deal with and also reduce our pain, however, understanding more about why this is, how you can use it and adapt it to your individual case is key.
